Procedures to book via onsite
  1. Check respective services terms & conditions for selected services

  2. Select service options according to your status:

    • New & Re-activation clients - for new and past clients (1 year of not being active from the last appointment)

    • Subsequent - for active and ongoing clients

    • Healers - Healthcare and Helping professionals

  3. ​​Proceed to book​

    • Select Locations [Online / Thrive / Saviour Residence]

    • Select the date and time​​

  4. Payment 

    • Credit card and QR code payment [PayNow, PayLah!, Gpay, OCBC, HSBC, UOB] select 'HIT payment' upon checkout.​

      • Recommend full payment 

    • For Cash & LatitudePay options select 'Manual payment' upon checkout. 

  5. Confirmation

    • An official E-receipt or message will be sent via Email/WhatsApp

Procedures to book via Calendly
  1. Check respective services terms & conditions.

  2. Proceed to Calendly

  3. Select service

  4. Select Location [Thrive / Saviour Residence / Online]

  5. Select Date & Time 

  6. Checkout & Payment via Calendly ​​​

  7. Fill and submit the form​

  8. You will receive an E-Invoice with payment instructions, especially for Instalment payees. or

  9. You may make payment via HIT pay [Send a screenshot of payment to staff]

  10. Ensure you receive a direct confirmation email or SMS from the staff to indicate success within 3-4 Saviour's working days.
