Procedures to book via onsite

  1. Check respective services terms & conditions for selected services

  2. Select service options according to your status:

    • New & Re-activation clients - for new and past clients (1-year of not being active from the last appointment)

    • Subsequent - for active and ongoing clients

    • Healers - Healthcare and Helping professionals

  3. ​​Proceed to book

    • Select Locations [Online / Thrive / Saviour Residence]

    • Select date and time

  4. Payment 

    • Credit card users select 'Strip payment' upon checkout.​

      • Recommend full payment for credit or Paypal users​

    • Other cashless and Instalment options select 'Manual payment' upon checkout. [PayNow, PayLah!, PayPal, Hitpay & LatitudePay/Octifi]

  5. Confirmation

    • An official E-receipt or message will be sent via Email/WhatsApp/Telegram.

Procedures to book via Calendly

  1. Check respective services terms & conditions.

  2. Proceed to Calendly

    • Select service

    • Select Location [Thrive / Saviour Residence / Online]

    • Select Date & Time 

  3. Checkout & Payment via Calendly ​

    • Fill and submit the form​

    • You will receive an E-Invoice with payment instructions, especially for Instalment payees. or

    • You may click here to scan and make payment via PayNow/PayLah! & PayPal

  4. Ensure you receive a direct confirmation email or SMS from the staff to indicate success within 3-4 Saviour's working days.
