General Booking & Cancellation policy

All appointments are strictly by booking.

Bookings should be done 3-4 working days prior to the session to enable a smooth transaction, especially during peak hours.

Clients are requested to contact via Book Online or Calendly to book a session stating your available dates and time slots.
*Kindly refer to outdoor therapy policy for Outdoor therapy booking arrangements. [Susupended till further notice]
*Furthermore, if in the event of any National or Global health crisis, we encourage clients to be responsible for their own health, hence, clients may opt for online counselling provided the switch was made within the cancellation period. Failure to do so will result in charges.

Pre-session payment policy [Psychotherapy/Counselling/Coaching/Reiki healing]:

Either full payment or deposit would be required to secure the session booking at least 24 hours prior to the session.

The deposit fee is SGD 70.

If a deposit was made, the balance of the fees will be collected on the day of the session. Payments are available via Paynow, Paylah, Paypal, and iBanking/Bank transfer.

Pre-class payment policy [Reiki classes]:

Respective full class fees or deposits of SGD200 will be collected 24 hours prior to the commencement of class.

Cash payment is only applicable to those attending face-to-face classes. Full payments are to be made prior to the commencement of class.

All cancellations should be done within 48 hours prior to the session or class. Failure to cancel/re-schedule of appointment or class before 24 hours will result in the deposit being fortified.
Cancellation policy during the session for clients under the influence of substance use and/or unwell to proceed with the session.
To maintain the integrity of the therapy session and therapeutic relationship, clients are requested to be fully responsible for their well-being. If in the event whereby the client is found to be under the influence of substance use (e.g. alcohol, drugs) or is physically unwell, the therapist/reiki practitioner has the right to call off the session and/or if necessary alert the respective authorities to maintain the safety of involved personals (e.g. therapist, clients, caregivers).
Cancellation policy during the class for students under the influence of substance use and/or unwell to proceed with the class
To maintain the integrity of the class format, students are requested to be fully responsible for their well-being. If in the event whereby the student is found to be under the influence of substance use (e.g. alcohol, drugs) or is physically unwell, the reiki master teacher has the right to ask the student to leave the class and/or if necessary alert the authorities especially in the event of violent behaviours displayed by the student, to maintain the safety of fellow students, teacher, and others within the facility.
Late Penalty Policy
I highly encourage clients to be on time for the sessions. A 10 to 15 mins grace period will be given. Clients who show up any later will not be able to benefit from a full 1- or 2-hours session.
Price updates
Saviour Consultations has the right to make changes to their existing service rates for their respective services without prior notice. However, clients will be notified of the changes via website, SMS, and/or respective documents presented prior to the session.
The subsequent changes are required to accommodate the room rental and energy exchange rates with effect from 4th Feb 2020
Home visitation policy
As of March 2018, all sessions will be conducted at the respective locations especially for Psychotherapy and Counselling services, to ensure the proper ethical code of conduct for the safety of both client and therapist. Home visits will not be entertained unless the client is physically challenged. Therefore, previous house visit arrangements will not be entertained as of
2018.
I would like to highlight that as of 1st June 2019, all face-to-face Psychotherapy, Counselling and Reiki Psychotherapy sessions will be conducted at Thrive Psychology Clinic. Hence, the Therapist will not be held responsible if clients were to show up at Saviour consultations (residents) or other places by mistake. If such were to happen, the session will be cancelled if clients are not able to show up within the grace period and the deposit will be fortified.
The policy of Thrive Psychology Clinic is as follows:

As the practitioner (Saviour's representatives) who is booking the facilities is only given a 24-hour timeframe to notify the clinic if there is a cancellation of a booking. Failure to do so may result in paying the booking fee.
Hence, I do request clients to be well informed of the above-mentioned general Booking and Cancellation policy, and pre-session payment policy of Saviour Consultations.
Covid-19 Safety measures:

Clients are required to use the Trace-together app or token to scan their entry at Thrive Psychology Clinic

Wear masks at all times and maintain social distancing measures at the clinic.
Outdoor Therapy policy (suspended till further notice)
As of Dec 2019, we introduced the concept of outdoor therapy. Outdoor therapy will only be conducted at designated areas that do not involve the client’s home (refer to home visitation policy). The designated area will involve, special meeting rooms, Thrive Psychology Clinic, cafes, neighbourhood or national parks (e.g. Botanical gardens MRT exit area).
The first session for Outdoor therapy will be conducted at Thrive Psychology Clinic. The therapist has the right to change the designated area for therapy to ensure the safety and privacy of both the client and therapist, especially in the events whereby the therapist finds the client is unfit/ready for outdoor therapy settings.
Confidentiality and Privacy policy

Confidentiality is being assured unless clients were to indicate during the sessions that they have intentions to harm themselves and/or others. Clients will be referred to the respective authorities for their well-being.

Clients are to take full responsibility for their health, well-being, and valuables at all times. Respective therapists and Saviour Consultations will not be held accountable for any loss or damages incurred during the session.

Currently, all Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions may be audio-recorded for documentation/supervision purposes. If in the events of the recording, clients may request for the session to be not recorded prior to the session or stop the recording at any given point of the session. Recordings will be deleted after documentation/supervision is complete.

All documentation will be kept confidential and private.

Clients have the right to stop seeing the therapist (different from termination of session or therapy, and referral) and request for a change in therapist/counsellor at any given point in time.

If in the events whereby both client and therapist are found to be within a non-therapeutic setting or environment (off session hours). The therapist is responsible to maintain the clients’ identity, hence, will not disclose the client-therapy relationship during social events. In addition, the Therapist has the right to not entertain or engage in any conversation with the client apart from therapy hour.

In the case of an emergency, clients may request an online therapy session within Saviour's operational hours and the availability of the therapist. Otherwise, clients will be redirected to other emergency hotlines.
Therapy/Counselling duration and format

The duration of the session is determined by the type of therapy clients are engaged in or being arranged with the therapist.

Typically, an individual session will last about 45mins to 60 mins. Reiki Psychotherapy sessions will last about 1.5 hours to 2 hours.

Clients will personally be notified about the duration and structure of the session upon meeting.

Non-hypnotherapy clients are entitled to request for Online therapy.

*Privacy Notice: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without the written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.

Clients are expected to be well informed of the above mentioned general Booking, Cancellation and Pre-session payment policy of Saviour Consultations.
[Face-to-Face sessions]

Clients are responsible for their health, wellbeing and valuables, the practitioner/therapist will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that occurred during the sessions.

Clients are to be fully clothed at all times. Recommended to wear comfortable non-synthetic clothing if possible.

Clients may choose to bring their own towel/blanket, water bottle (only water) or crystal(s) to the session.
[Online]

Clients are responsible for their health and wellbeing.

Consent forms are to be submitted an hour prior to the session.

Clients are expected to be online (be in skype or zoom waiting room) at least 5 mins prior to the session and to be muted throughout the entire healing session.
[Applicable to both online and face-to-face sessions]

The practitioner/therapist has the right to reject a client without reason.

Clients will be notified if they are being terminated/re-scheduled to the next convenient timeslot, or if they were being referred to another reiki practitioner.

No refunds of deposit.

Clients also have the right to terminate the Reiki session at any given point. However, no refund would be given if the client chose to stop receiving Reiki during an ongoing session
