General Booking & Cancellation policy
All appointments are strictly by booking and are only available during weekdays. Bookings should be done 5 working days prior to the session to enable a smooth transaction especially during the peak hours after 6 pm.
Clients are requested to contact me via SMS, WhatsApp or email to book a session stating your available dates and time slots. If possible, do give me more than one date and timeslot to have a more flexible arrangement.
Booking timeslots for Individual, Couples, Group, Online and Reiki Psychotherapy / counselling:
Mondays to Thursdays 10 am to 12 pm; 2 pm to 9 pm (the last client to be seen at 8 pm)
Fridays 10 am to 12 pm, 1pm to 5pm (the last client to be seen at 4 pm)
*Do take note that during the Reiki share events, all session on that particular day will be from 3 pm onwards.
*If in the events of reiki classes, there will be no psychotherapy/counselling session.
*Kindly refer to outdoor therapy policy for Outdoor therapy booking arrangements.
*Furthermore, if in the event of any National or Global health crisis, we encourage clients to be responsible for their own health, hence, clients may opt for online counselling provided the switch was made within the cancellation period. Failure to do so will result to penalty charges.
All cancellation should be done within 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to cancel the session before 24 hours will result in paying the penalty fee within 24 hours to the respective therapist/practitioner.
Penalty fee for cancellation done past 24hours timeframe for Individual, Outdoor, Online and Reiki Psychotherapy:
Non-Peak hours - $40 per hour, and $60 for 2 hours
Peak hours [weekdays 5.30pm to 10pm / weekends 9am to 10pm] - $45 per hour, and $65 for 2 hours.
Penalty fee for cancellation done past 24 hours timeframe for Couples and Group:
Couples are required to pay the full booking fee as stated in the official invoice issued by their respective therapist/practitioner and/or saviour consultations.
Late Penalty Policy
I highly encourage clients to be on time for the sessions. A 10 to 15 mins grace period will be given. Clients who show up any later will not be able to benefit a full 1- or 2-hours session and needs to pay a penalty fee of $15 for first-time offenders, and $25 for subsequent sessions.
If in the occasion, the therapist is late (past the grace period), clients will not be required to pay the penalty and will get $15 off the sessions fee.
Home visitation policy
As of March 2018, all sessions will be conducted at the respective locations especially for Psychotherapy and Counselling services, to ensure the proper ethical code of conduct for the safety of both client and therapist. Home visits will not be entertained unless the client is physically challenged. Therefore, previous house visit arrangements will not be entertained as of 2018.
Psychotherapy & Counselling at Thrive Psychology Clinic
I would like to highlight that as of 1st June 2019, all Psychotherapy, Counselling and Reiki Psychotherapy sessions will be conducted at Thrive Psychology Clinic, 101 Irrawaddy Road, Royal Square Medical Suites, #17-10, Singapore 329565.
Hence, all Therapist will not be held responsible if clients were to show up at Saviour consultations (residents) or other places by mistake. If such were to happen, the session will be cancelled if clients are not able to show up within the grace period and will be asked to pay the full cancellation fee within 24 hours.
Due to the respective changes, all former volunteer clients will be required to pay the respective fees (refer to saviour consultations website) for the sessions.
All payments are to be made directly at Thrive Psychology Clinic. We do encourage clients to pay by cash (exact amount), although NETS/Credit payment is also available.
The policy of Thrive Psychology Clinic is as follow:
As the practitioner who is booking the facilities is only given a 24hours timeframe to notify the clinic if there is a cancellation of a booking. Failure to do so may result in paying the booking fee.
Hence, I do request clients to be well informed of the Booking and Cancellation policy of Saviour Consultations for their respective type of therapy (e.g. Individual, Couples, Group, Outdoor, Online and Reiki Psychotherapy).
Outdoor Therapy policy
As of Dec 2019, we introduced the concept of outdoor therapy. Outdoor therapy will only be conducted at designated areas which does not involve the client’s home (refer to home visitation policy). The designated area will involve, special meeting rooms, Thrive Psychology Clinic, cafes, neighbourhood or national parks (e.g. Botanical gardens MRT exit area).
The first session for Outdoor therapy will be conducted at Thrive Psychology Clinic.
The therapist has the rights to change the designated area for therapy to ensure the safety and privacy of both the client and therapis.
If in the event the therapist finds the client is not fit/ ready for therapy to be conducted outdoors, clients will be requested to attend the therapy at The Thrive Psychology Clinic until further notice.
Confidentiality is being assured unless clients were to indicate during the sessions that they have intentions to harm themselves and/or others. Clients will be referred to the respective authorities for their wellbeing.
Clients are to take full responsibility for their health and wellbeing at all times. Respective therapist and Saviour Consultations will not be accountable for any loss or damages incurred during the session.
Currently, all Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions may be audio recorded for supervision purpose. If in the events of the recording, Clients may request for session to be not recorded prior to the session or stop the recording at any given point of the session.
All recordings and documentation will be kept confidential and private. Recordings will be deleted after supervision.
Clients have the rights to stop seeing the therapist (different from termination of session or therapy) and request for a change in therapist/counsellor at any giving point in time.
If in the events whereby both client and therapist are found to be within a non-therapeutic setting or environment (non-session hours). The therapist is responsible to maintain clients’ identity, hence, will not disclose the client-therapy relationship during social events.
In addition, Therapist has the right to not entertain or engage in any conversation from the client apart from therapy hour.
In the case of emergency, clients may request for an online therapy provided it is within a booking hour and availability of the therapist. Otherwise, clients will be redirected to other emergency hotlines.
Therapy/Counselling duration and format
The duration of the session is determined by the type of therapy clients are engaged in or being arranged with the therapist.
Typically, an individual session will last about 45mins to 60 mins. Reiki Psychotherapy sessions will last about 1 1/2hours to 2 hours.
Clients will personally be notified about the duration and structure of the session upon meeting.
Non-hypnotherapy clients are entitled to request for Online therapy (via Skype, or other forms of audio or video communication platforms).
Saviour Consultations has the rights to make changes to their existing service rates for their respective services without prior notice. However, clients will be notified of the changes via website, SMS, and/or respective documents presented prior to the session.
The subsequent changes are required to accommodate the room rental and energy exchange rates with effect from 4th Feb 2020.
Clients whose income is below SGD$1200 per month may request for Outdoor/Online therapy.

Clients are responsible for their health and wellbeing, the practitioner/therapist will not be held responsible for anyways.
Clients are to be fully clothed at all times. Recommended to wear comfortable non-synthetic clothing if possible.
Clients may choose to bring their own towel/blanket, water bottle (only water) or crystal(s) to the session.
As of July 2018, all private individual reiki sessions are available during the weekdays 11 am to 5 pm (the last client will be at 4 pm)
Clients are requested to inform the therapist 2days in advance of booking and cancelling of appointment.
No refunds will be given for any advanced payments. However, the advance payment will be carried over to the next session.
CASH/PayLah!, Paynow and PayPal payment is accepted. All payments to be made immediately after the session.
The practitioner/therapist as the right to stop sending Reiki to the client, or reject a client without reason. Clients will be notified if they are being terminated or referred or if their session has been postponed to the next convenient timeslot.
Clients also have the rights to terminate the Reiki session at any given point.
However, if the client chose to stop receiving Reiki during an on-going session (more than 15mins) will still need to pay for a full session.
For the time being for all animals, Reiki would be giving via distance sending.
Reiki Share will be held on the respective dates stated on the page.
Participants are required to have their meals prior to the session to avoid being hungry during the session.
Participants are to donate $15.00 as a form of energy exchange.
Participants are requested to be on time or be present within the 10mins grace period. Latecomers will not be entertained once the heart attunement process has begun.
Do note that handphones are to be placed in silent or airplane mode prior to the beginning of the heart attunement.
Every session is 2 hours
All first sessions should be done face to face if the client is based in Singapore.
After the first session, I am flexible to have a standard 2-hour session either via SKYPE or face to face.
