Reiki level 1 (R1) is the foundation course for activating the Reiki flow in your hands.
Reiki is pure universal life force energy ideal for anyone seeking to increase and restore balance on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Reiki complements other methods of healing and treatment. It is known as a simple yet powerful form of biofield therapy in the medical and psychological field which aids in stress and pain management. Reiki is easy to learn and apply immediately to our lifestyle making it ideal for laypeople who are not familiar with natural health/energy healing methods as it provides the foundation to explore other healing modalities.
Saviour Consultations teaches the traditional Usui Reiki method which requires no belief, religious or spiritual background. Anyone can be activated to have Reiki in his or her hands, which last for life after the course. There is plenty of time to ask questions and experience Reiki for yourself in this 2 days workshop.
During the workshops, we will be engaged in interactive sessions practising giving and receiving Reiki treatments, and also balance and cleanse your Chakras using Reiki to get you comfortable with your newfound skill. In essence, it is a very interactive and relaxing course. The workshop itself is a great healing experience and a wonderful way to take your well-being into your own hands.

Please wear comfortable cotton clothing. Avoid wearing bulky and not easily removable jewels/accessories to prevent discomfort during the attunement process and practical sessions.
Time commitment: 12 hours (excluding 1 hour break time) spread across weekday or weekend classes. If you cannot attend the public class, contact us directly or click the Calendly link at the bottom of this page to set a private class date.
*Private classes are for those who are unable to attend public classes. Students are required to click on the Calendly Private Booking link to set the date for their class.
Prerequisite: None, however, suggest that the student experience reiki healing at least once (via reiki shares/ private reiki sessions) before learning reiki for a lifetime commitment.
Workshop Fee: SGD 450 (Face-to-face/Zoom), including Reiki Manual, Certificate of Completion, and access to the student portal. The fee applies to both private and public classes.
For Other Reiki students: If you want to take our Level 1 class to refresh your training or see a different perspective, we offer a 25% discount to any Reiki student with a Reiki 1 certificate or other valid proof of attendance of a Usui Reiki 1 class. [Total workshop fee = $337.50]
For healthcare and helping professionals: As part of our healer's package deal, you enjoy a 25% discount for all reiki classes. This discount only applies with valid proof of being a healthcare or helping professional (retired professionals are also welcome). Furthermore, professionals will also be entitled to use this benefit for one family member who is a non-healthcare/helping professional
